Emergency First Aid at Work

Course duration and objective

This course is 6 hours

This course is aimed at companies and organisations where their risk assessment indicates that first aid covering emergency protocols only, is sufficient. We train candidates how to assess if an adult is not breathing and how to perform CPR and, if appropriate, use a defibrillator. We know this can be very stressful so we’ll also give you some guidance on how to cope and how to manage a situation like this. We will then train you in some of the typical injuries or illness that can occur in smaller, low risk working environments.
